Request data deletion

You can request deletion of your account or data associated with Parcero and its channels, including WhatsApp. No sign-in is required. Requests are handled by email with human review; this link does not delete data automatically.

How to request deletion

1. Email the address above with the subject “Parcero — data deletion”.
2. Include your name, account email or WhatsApp number, and the business you contacted. Specify whether you want particular records or your entire account deleted.
3. We proportionately verify that the data belongs to you or that you are authorized to act. Never send passwords, tokens, verification codes or full card details.
4. You will receive the outcome by email, including the data deleted or anonymized and any necessary retention with its reason.

What happens to your data

Review covers account details, contacts, conversations, documents and connections within your request. Other people’s or businesses’ data is not deleted without authority. Records controlled by a business are coordinated with that business. Records needed for legal, accounting, security or dispute obligations may be retained with restricted access; we explain which records and why.

Disconnecting WhatsApp in Integrations removes the local credential and stops the channel, but does not erase history. You can separately revoke Parcero access in Meta’s business integration settings. Deletion in Parcero does not erase messages from recipients’ phones or Meta’s systems. Backups remain subject to rotation and applicable obligations.

Timing and follow-up

Deletion claims are handled within the 15-business-day period provided by Colombian rules. If information is missing or a lawful extension applies, we explain what is needed, the reason and the revised date. Reply to the same email for status. We do not promise instant or automatic deletion.
