Your information supports your workspace and the services you enable. Here is what we process, why, and how to exercise your rights.
1. Optional Google connections
Google sign-in uses your basic identity independently of Gmail and Calendar. Calendar lets you select calendars you own, check availability and create, change or cancel appointments after explicit confirmation. We keep an operational copy of linked appointments, their identifiers and change history; unrelated events are not imported into the CRM. Gmail requests send-only access: we store the approved draft, recipient and delivery result, without reading your inbox. Tokens are encrypted on the server. You can pause or revoke connections in Integrations and remove permissions in your Google account. Disconnecting preserves previously recorded appointments and communications; deletion can be requested from the privacy contact. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising or training our own models. AI receives only the minimum current-request data and authorized tool results, never tokens or full calendars or mailboxes. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is limited to authorized features and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
2. Scope and operator
Parcero (parcero.org) is operated by Elvin Alexis Rengifo Bermudez. This policy covers visitors, account holders and people communicating with businesses using Parcero. The operator is responsible for account administration, security and billing data. For customer information and conversations uploaded by a business, that business determines the purpose and Parcero processes the data to provide the service under its instructions. Please also consult that business’s privacy policy.
3. Information we process
Account details such as name, email, company, roles and verification; business CRM records, contacts, notes, appointments, orders, reservations and documents; agent instructions and knowledge; messages, summaries and contact details shared in conversations. We also process session identifiers, security records, administrative activity, credit usage and payment references. Passwords are hashed, not stored as readable text. Do not request or send full card numbers, passwords or API keys through chat.
4. Why we use information
To create and protect accounts and workspaces; configure agents; answer questions and perform authorized actions; organize contacts and conversations; enable human support; send verification, account recovery and transactional notifications; measure usage, handle payments and prevent abuse. Businesses must obtain authorization or another applicable legal basis before uploading data or sending communications. Marketing and follow-ups must respect consent and opt-out requests. We do not sell contact databases or make them accessible to other customer businesses.
5. WhatsApp, Meta and other connections
When a business connects WhatsApp through Meta’s official API, Parcero processes WhatsApp Business account and phone identifiers, authorized credentials, customer phone numbers and profile names, incoming content, message identifiers and delivery statuses. These support the correct business connection, conversations and activity records. Credentials are encrypted on the server and excluded from ordinary application responses. Disconnecting stops the channel in Parcero and removes the local credential; it does not automatically erase history or revoke permissions in Meta. Data deletion instructions are linked below. Other integrations process data only when enabled.
6. Artificial intelligence and suppliers
AI features may send OpenAI a message and relevant business, contact or conversation context to generate answers, extract information or use authorized tools. Current requests disable response storage through the store option; this does not guarantee zero retention by the provider. AI output can be wrong. Request human review when needed and do not use an agent as the sole basis for medical, legal or other high-impact decisions.
7. Access, suppliers and international processing
Authorized workspace members have access according to their roles. The operator may access data when needed for support, security or administration; administrative actions are recorded. We use hosting and database suppliers (Vercel and Supabase), domain infrastructure (Cloudflare), transactional email (Resend), AI (OpenAI), and Meta or PayPal when their features are enabled. Suppliers receive data needed for their services and may process it outside Colombia. Payments are handled by the payment provider; Parcero retains references, amounts and statuses, not full card details. Supplier use is subject to applicable agreements and requirements, including international data-transfer or processing rules.
8. Sessions, preferences and security
A session cookie keeps you signed in. Browser storage retains language, theme and continuity for certain chat features. Persistent sessions may renew while you use the service; sign out on shared devices. Clearing browser cookies or storage can sign you out or interrupt functionality. We apply company-scoped access controls, HTTPS, request validation and credential protection. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Retention and deletion
We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain the business relationship and meet legal, accounting, security or dispute-related obligations. Cancelling a plan, suspending an account or disconnecting WhatsApp does not automatically delete records. Deletion requests are reviewed manually; we explain what is deleted and any applicable reason for retaining information. Backups may retain information until rotation and must not restore deleted data to ordinary use. Suppliers may have separate retention periods; we do not promise immediate deletion from all their systems.
10. Your rights and requests
You may request free access, information about use, correction, updates, evidence of authorization, withdrawal of authorization or deletion where applicable. Email the contact below with your name, relevant account email or phone number, business and request. We verify identity or authority proportionately before disclosing or deleting data; we never request passwords or sign-in codes. For business customer records, we coordinate with the relevant business. Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 and implementing rules apply: access inquiries are handled within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days under the statutory rules, with reasons and a revised date communicated for any lawful extension. After completing the applicable request process, you may contact Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
11. Sensitive data, children and updates
The service is intended for businesses and adult users. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data or children’s information without the required lawful authority. Contact the operator if such information was uploaded by mistake. This policy takes effect on September 16, 2026. Updates will be published here with their date. Material changes will be communicated through available account channels and additional authorization requested where required.
